These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of all coaching services provided under the brand EmotionSync ("we", "us", "our"). By booking or purchasing any coaching session or support plan, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Service (Non-medical, Non-therapy)
EmotionSync provides non-medical wellness and personal development coaching. We do not provide:
- medical or psychological treatment
- therapy or counselling
- diagnosis or assessment of any condition
- crisis or emergency intervention
- predictive, spiritual, esoteric, or fortune-telling services
Our coaching supports emotional clarity, communication structure, personal stability and decision-support for adults. If you require medical or psychological assistance, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency services.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use our services. By booking, you confirm that you are an adult, that you understand the non-medical nature of the service, and that you are using coaching voluntarily and responsibly.
4. Booking and Scheduling
Sessions are booked in advance through direct communication or through a provided payment method. A session is considered confirmed once payment is completed.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
- A reserved session may be rescheduled if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed sessions without prior notice are counted as delivered and are non-refundable.
- Monthly, extended or intensive coaching programs become non-refundable after the first session or consultation has occurred.
6. Client Responsibility
By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- you are fully responsible for your own decisions and actions
- coaching results vary between individuals
- EmotionSync does not guarantee specific outcomes
- coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment
7. Our Responsibility & Limitations
EmotionSync aims to provide clear, structured and professional coaching. However, we are not liable for:
- decisions you make based on coaching sessions
- emotional responses or interpretations arising from discussions
- any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific coaching service.
8. Payments
Payments are made through secure online methods provided to you during booking. We do not store or process your card details directly. Prices may be updated periodically without prior notice.
9. Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (for example, risk of harm, criminal activity or legal obligation).
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how it is used, how it is stored and your rights under applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
11. Prohibited Use
You may not use EmotionSync services for:
- illegal, abusive or harmful activities
- attempts to obtain medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment
- crisis, emergency or life-threatening situations
- harassment or inappropriate communication
